Need toe sling mount solution for Performance Center 15-22

On the base version of the 15-22, the butttstock contains a sling mount on the toe; however, the Performance Center version does NOT have this option.

I need to attach a two-point Turner sling, so do I need to replace the Performance Center's buttstock with a different one? If so, is it easily removable and what recommendations do you have (e.g. Magpul MOE)? Is the tube Mil-spec or commercial diameter?

The fake receiver extension on 15-22s is mil-spec diameter, and will accept just about any mil-spec stock that doesn't require a specialized receiver extension. However, since your rifle comes with a Vltor stock with a quick-detach socket, you could simply use this:

Tacticool, how does your product attach to the Vltor stock that comes with a PC edition 15-22?

I jumped the gun a little and didn't pay attention to the stock on the PC version. I also assumed the two-point Turner sling had conventional swivels atteched.
Your suggestion about the push button QD swivel is spot on.
