Sorry for another red dot sight thread, but couldn't find the answer to this.

I am looking to get a red dot sight, I currently have NC scope. I am also thinking about getting an AR.

My thoughts were that I should get a reasonable quality sight, and it would be great if I could just take it off one and be able to put it on the other without having to spend time re zeroing it!

No idea if a)you can do this between 2 guns
b) if not between 2 guns, can I at least swap back and forth between scope and red dot on the same gun without having to re zero?
c) I found this primary arms red dot with a quick release which i was thinking is the way to do this https://www.primaryarms.com/Primary_...6lhmbundle.htm , I was hoping someone with some more experience than me could let me know the answers to these questions and set me on the right path. If this PA red dot is not the right quality to do this with, your suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
