Bipod Recommendations ?
Hello Guys,
I've been reading thru the M&P15-22 forum for about two weeks now, absorbing information and knowledge like a sponge.
I havn't been able to find a thread or much information about bipods.
Can you guys recommend a bipod that will nicely attach to the lower rail, and work well. I've been looking at one on CTD, but havne't found much else.

Hey Doug, this one here is relatively inexpensive but very effective. I have one and it works great! I use it to sight in my rifles, it handles to recoil of bigger weapons, but does fabulous on the 15-22, and the picatinny mount makes it easy to install.
UTG Low-Profile Deluxe Universal Picatinny & Swivel-Stud Bipod: Amazon.com: Sports & Outdoors
Hope this helps and good luck!

I ran with a similar bipod and they are great for bench shooting. However, I've been gripping the quadrail at the end when I stand and the bipod gets in they way. Just got my foregrip/bipod in the mail to replace it with.

Command arms makes a great one but its about $125.
If you are going to use it on more than one rifle might be worth the investment.
