Hi everyone!

I just got a S&W M&P15-22 MOE rifle. It's really a great rifle! However, I'm looking for some parts to upgrade this weapon.

I'm looking around for a foregrip. Does anyone has recommendations? I saw a Magpul Rail Vertical Grip on the internet, but will if fit on my MP15-22 rifle? I don't think so, because I have a Polymer Quad Rail Handguard (but it's 1913 compatible).

Are there better foregrips then this one?

Yes, that foregrip will work with your rifle. It really depends on your own preferences. I started out with a vertical foregrip, and switched to the Magpul AFG (Angled Foregrip). I prefer it over the vertical because it's lower profile, and allows both vertical-type handling and angled handling.

Yeah, I did see the AFG's on their website, But I think I like the RVG better. Can I fit this grip on my polymer quad rail? Or do I need to make some adjustments to the rail?

JSD: the answer would require a question. Do you require a foregrip with a bipod? If that answer is a yes then the mako group t-pod is a good option. If your answer is no, then the angled magpul foregrip is great.

@rod_cl Yes I would like to use a bipod in the near future. I searched for the mako group t-pod on Google Images and it looks really handy and great! Do you have any experiences with this grip?

however, they are pretty expensive. Maybe it's cheaper to buy a vertical foregrip and a regular bipod. The design is very clever though!

JSD: my experience on the field is great. It's a really good bipod, you can even step on your gun with the bipod extended without any damages... Of course is more expensive than an UTG or others... but its a "real" product it depends how much you want to spend..

Get it. If you are looking for a quality, basic VFG, it's hard to beat. Also, your quad rail will accept most anything made for an AR-15 rail.

I have the Magpul vertical grip and I like it. It fits well and gives me the leverage I want. I also have a TruGlo red dot on an angle mount and it seems to work as well with that. This really is personal preference, so what we say is not nearly as important as what you think.

Well, I think I'll go with the Mako Bipod. I've seen a video on their website and it looks really good!

Although it's pretty expensive, the design is really good and the quality is great.

I still have some doubts on which model to get. The T-PodG2QR or the T-PodG2PR.

I think the pivot option can come in handy sometimes.

Which way do you plan on using it?

I would recommend the T-PodG2PR but it will depend of your usage, for rabbit hunting of course this one....

Whether it is better, as-good-as, or whatever, I have found THIS ONE really great. Works with a bipod and I DO find it helpful when using a bipod. Both will fold out of the way. It's very sturdy and has a quick detach mount.
