Portable Cleaning Stand
I have read a lot of threads and searched several vendor sites and either have not found something suitable or something I know will work with M&P 15/22.
I do not have much space to work with; basically my office. Hence, I need something portable and not too large.
I would like something that has a magazine stand that fits the 15/22. I would like it stable enough to hold the receiver with the bootstock and/or barrel removed. It should also support cleaning the receiver with the barrel not removed (just front pin connected). It would be nice if it would support changing out the trigger group too.
I don’t plan on building an AR-15, just want something to help with maintaining the 15/22. A lot of the benches and vices just won’t fit my space.
Anyone know of a product that fits these criteria?
Thank you.

This might help your need either locked in to a portable vise or attached to some other platform. I use mine in a portable vise on those few occassions as the need arises. Regardless, it's handy to have and if he ever runs out, which he did with the black ones, I doubt if any more will be available. If you get one, during insertion, make sure and press the magazine release at the same time or it won't go fully in.

About 20 years ago I made this rack for cleaning rifles. I used scrap lumber that I had on hand. I made it to hold 4 guns, but one or two would have been enough. Simple to make and use, and it works for any rifle.

Hi Bama
Do you know if this guy will ship to UK?
I been looking for one of these for long enough now.
Would be a very useful addition to tool kit.

Wheeler Engineering Delta Series Lower Receiver Magazine Well Vise Block
How close in size and function are AR-15 and M&P 15/22 magazines and magazine wells. Would an AR receiver stand such as the Wheeler Engineering Delta Series Lower Receiver Magazine Well Vise Block work with the M&P 15/22? It looks like a really neat device. Hook it into the Tipton Best Gun Vice and have the best of all worlds.
I sent an email to the vendor, but was hoping to get some comments from someone that actually used it.
