Tipton Ultra Gun Vice

I have been thinking about buying the Ultra Gun Vise. It comes with a mag block that appears to fit an AR-15. Do you know of any adapter, adjustment, or other means to have a mag block that could be used with the Ultra Gun Vise that would fit the mag well on a M&P 15/22?

MP15-22 mags can be had for $15, so why not dedicate one to being that adapter? A mag block would be similarly expensive.

I found a Lower Vise Block in white for M&P 15-22 for $11 made specifically for the M&P 15/22. Now if I can figure how to use it in the Ultra Vice.

I have that one and was gonna suggest getting it if you could find a way to drill it and install in such a manner as to simulate the functionality of the one which come with the UV.
