What methods are people using to attach a QD sling since there was not one built in behind the receiver / start of the “buffer tube”?
On my standard AR I just swapped to a QD plate behind the castle nut which the 15-22 obviously does not have. I do not like my rear attachment all the way on the stock. Much prefer it right behind the receiver. I know Daniel defense use to make a clamp on but it seems discontinued.
To make matters worse, my stock is pinned thanks to New Jersey laws so I need something clamp on so I don’t have to uninstall the stock. Any options?
