Does anyone have a Stingray SR-2 laser mounted on their M&P compact? Im thinking about getting one and I'd like to see how it will look.

With it being a rail mounted laser you would have to turn it on to use it, plus you would have to find a holster that would accommodate the added equipment. I use Crimson Trace Laser grips which when you hold the gun your hands automatically turn the laser on, sure they are pricey but stay zeroed in and do not affect the holster.

Armalaser has a picture of one on fullsize M&P. I ran the subcompact one for about a year without issue. 150 rnds a week. Held zero. Easy to turn on/off. As far as holsters go. Armalaser has some. For my set up I warmed up the kydex on my IWB holster and slid my pistol back in and pressed down on it with a towel. Done and done. (I had to tape a pencil to the side of the pistol first to create a channel to keep the laser from being turned on in the holster.) Pretty easy.
Armalaser has a cool exchange program too. I sold the pistol I had the compact laser on and kept the laser for my M&P Vtac but, it doesn't fit the fullsize. All I have to do is send it back to Armalaser and pay the cost of the exchange to get the one I need. As for the super spendy CT laser. You have to get used to the one size fits all grip instead of the inserts you use now and enjoy that red laser shining down the side of your slide.
Ill post pics of my Vtac with the Stingray and holster when I get the exchange done.
