I have usually carried all my S&W M&P in one holster OWB the Blackhawk but now that it is getting much warmer I am using my Comp-Tac Minotaur holster Inside Waistband Holsters - Minotaur Holsters - products new home - Minotaur MTAC Holster and have gone from the 4 o'clock to the 3 o'clock position and find that it is much more comfortable and more natural draw for me.
The holster is expensive but all in all is the most versatile one you can buy and all my M&P's fit well in it although I usually carry my M&P 40C with it. Buying a cheap holster that does not really fit you needs is a bad idea, since I already have a drawer just for them which I will soon be emptying ( it is well past time to rid of inferior good ideas and cheap holsters and just have those that are comfortable and work well.
I am now fully IWB except at the range where one holster will still accommodate all my M&P's!
