M&P Factory Sight Differences/Interchangeability?

There seems to be a variety of rear sights used in the M&P series. My question is... are all these sights interchangeable with each other?
I'm looking to upgrade my rear sight on my SD40VE. The first sight pictured is hard to find. The middle is most commonly sold, and the 3rd one, is being sent to me right now. It looks to be off an M&P Shield...does any one know if it will fit the SDVE?

I don't know about the SD, but the full size and compact M&P's use the same size dovetail (front and rear) in the slide so the sights would be the same. But (there's always a "but") the rear sight on the Core is smaller (front to rear) than any of the other M&P's (it has to be smaller to make room for the optic pad). Easiest way to tell would be to take a caliper and measure the dovetail. I suspect that the SD would be the same but I don't have one to compare so I can't say that for certain.
 
This seems to be more of an SD question than an M&P one. Posting in that section may may get you a more positive answer, as some SD owners may have run into that before. Good luck.
 
I'm pretty sure they interchange. I saw a You Tube video where someone, (I think it was Yankee Marshall) put M&P sights on his SD.
 
Yes, M&P sights fit the SDVE perfectly including the Shield sights. Obviously, M&p Bodyguard sights won't but the rest of the M&P handgun sights are interchangeable. Older full-size sights may need some adjustment to their widths if used on a Shield, but the dovetails are identical.

Btw, this is not speculation, I own an SDVE. It inherited it's sights from its big brother.

I know for fact that the front m&p sights will interchange with the third generation front sights. I suspect the rears will also but haven't tried it.
