Fully adjustable rear sight for the M&P 9 M2.0 Competitor?

Sorry if this has been covered but is anyone making a fully adjustable rear sight for the 9mm Competitor? I have some unique vision issues that don't allow use of a red dot style sight.

I saw this at Fusion Firearms might fit your needs-S&W - M&P - LUMINOVA ADJUSTABLE SIGHT SET. That being said, I have found setting the brightness at the lowest setting on red dot type sight makes a big difference for my stigmatism.

I put a Hi Viz adjustable sight on my M1.0 5 inch Pro model and it works well. You still drift the rear for windage but it does have a central screw for elevation adjustment.
