Finally out of CA's ridiculous 10-day jail. My "new to me" M&P40 FS. I traded my M&P9c for this. I already have a 9mm Shield that I carry daily so I figured "why not swap the 9c for a FS with caliber conversion?" I already had parts sitting in a box ready to go as well as parts arriving from forum members. This place is great!
- Talon rubber grips (SM) immediately went on.
- I will be swapping the nearly dead Trijicons for M&P OEM sights then painting/nail polishing them like with all of my other pistols soon as soon as a local sends me his.
- OEM, new-style .357 Sig bbl and a Storm Lake 40-9mm conversion bbl are in my possession. Appropriate mags en route.
- Updated sear housing with the PRO sear from a forum member and they're on their way.
- "Lock Hole" frame plug from Brownell's, updated "H" trigger assembly and slide stop are in my possession.
- Safariland 7377 holster is on its way via 3point5/Experticity internal FFL industry vendor. Can't beat $15 ($25-ish after shipping, tax, and service fee) for a Safariland duty holster.
All will be installed and tested as soon as I everything has arrived. It will be happy shooting indeed.
