Hey guys. Wondering if you all can recommend a light for indoor use that's small with decent output as well as a holster with said light on gun. I have a shield 9mm with factory night sights and a TLR-6 mounted on it in a holster holster. I have hiviz fiber optic sights on order for the m2.0 and I'm wondering if mounting a weapon light will allow them to glow up if I want to leave it on the nightstand at some point?
I have a Gen 3 Inforce APL on my 2.0 4.25". I have a Safariland 7ts duty holster for them. If I was to buy a non-duty holster for it, I would buy a KT-Mech Gunfighter Defender. They say they have Gen 3 APL and APLc mold. I currently have the same holster for my Gen 1 9c with Viridian CTL, and love it. I had them add a thumb break for additional security.
So my Cleveland kydex co holster and my inforce apl-c light should be here Monday. The holster co has been awesome and I can't say enough good things about them! I see everybody has the apl-c back ordered. Mine shipped yesterday.
Just last week I switched my edc from a Sig P320c to a 2.0 compact. My Lasermax Spartan 2 fit right into the rail (it seems even better). It a 130 luemen light with red laser. It can have either constant beam or strobe both light or laser or any one individual. Easy to contol and ambidextrous. Runs on one AAA battery. And the feature I like best is that it fits under the gun. No sticking out in witdth or length. Right now it "loosely" fits my P320 White Hat Holsters iwb holster. I have the 2.0 compact (with Spartan attachment kydex) one on order. Even if you don't like my recommendation on the Lasermax you might want to check them out. They have a lot of holster options for many light (and lasers).
