I can’t seem to find the answer on the web

My 2.0 5” is definitely oversprung for the loads i shoot so I’m looking to put a slightly lighter one in.

Factory spring weight I’m hearing 16-20lbs?

where can I find the guide rod and ISMI spring? Is the 2.0 spring different from the pro?

Took a look on there site, no mention of 2.0

I guess what I need to know is does the 2.0 5” take a pro or a full-size recoil spring? Or is it different all together

For 9mm, the 5" takes the same 16# ISMI spring as the 4 1/4".
You can get a 15# ISMI M&P spring from Brownells.
A word of caution though, if you get below 125 PF, you may get into stability and accuracy problems.
If you run PF 133 or more, the 16# should work unless you are holding the gun loosely.
I run the 5" in IDPA and USPSA.

I run 4gr of titegroup on a 124gr RN around 1.130, does about 1040 on my 4” Glock 19

This load ejects well from all my other pistols but just dribbles out on the 5” 2.0

It seems to be sprung pretty tight, I will try your suggestion

RSA is the same on the 4.25 & 5 on both 1.0 and 2.0. 16lb had been the standard but some websites say they now come with 18lb. you can hit up galloway precision or speed shooter specialties. SSS has non captured guide rods too if you wanna be able to easily swap out springs. you can also go to wolff springs too. they do a calibration kit that comes with 5 springs and a non captured rod...wolff doesn't do the flat wound springs though.
