M&P 2.0 Compact with 17 round mags.

I purchased a 2.0 Compact, 4 1/4" barrel last July.
Received the extra rebate magazines and noticed that they are 17 rounders. Checked my other mags and they are also 17's. All are flush fit. ??? I thought they were listed as 15's. Didn't notice this before, anyone else notice this?
I am not complaining, just wondering what's up!!

My bad, I thought I ordered the compact. Turns out the 4 1/4" barrel is the full size

The 2.0 compact 9mm has a 4.0” barrel and 15 round mags. You have a full sized pistol. Not a compact.

There are adapters available that allow you to use 17 rd mags in the Compact 9. I got mine from Amazon.com

If there's anything seriously wrong with the M&P series it's their naming system. There are two slightly different full-sized models and two completely different guns marked "Compact". No wonder everyone always gets confused.

My thoughts exactly. A 5" and 4 1/2" full size.
I ordered the 4 1/2" thinking it was the compact.
It isn't a problem since I really like this pistol.
It is still very close in size to my Glock 19.
