I have recently purchased an M&P Shield PC in 9mm with the 4” barrel. It is optics ready and may be running it with or without the red dot, as of now I don’t have it on there. I also got a Crimson trace light/laser combo (LL-801G) to put on it. I love the set up and was expecting to make it my EDC. Only problem is that I can’t find a holster anywhere for it. I originally wanted a crossbreed holster (half leather half Kydex IWB) but at this point I’ve looked on 25-30 sites and can’t find any holster that would fit it. I’d like an IWB and an OWB holster for different types clothing. If anyone can point me in the right direction of a website that offers one, company that custom makes holsters, or better yet if I’m looking for the wrong thing and there’s another type of M&p that has the same dimensions I could buy for instead that would be awesome.

Looks like White Hat Holsters Shield LG-801G Holsters | M&P Holsters | Shield Holster may have what you want.

I modified an alien gear kit to fit the same pistol you have and it works pretty well. It fits with the optic on the gun too.

This company out of Tucson makes several styles of light bearing holsters for the Shield 9 and LL-801 G.
This particular one includes a holster and mag pouch for $105.99
I'm going to order a holster from him for my Fullsize 9 with TRL-8 GL.

Rawdog Tactical list one for the Hellcat with Optical so I would think that they will also make one for the Shield. Give them a call and ask. I have been happy with their holster I purchased for my M&P9c.

Dale Fricke. I have a couple of holsters from him including one for my PC Shield w/red dot. All are good to go.

FYI, response from Comp-Tac. I carry a longslide MP9 2.0 and only Comp-Tac and Alien Gear made OWBs for it when I was shopping. I chose AG and it leaves the muzzle to rub on my jeans, which has worn off the CeraKote in places. Now I wish I'd tried Comp-Tac instead.

"At the moment, I do not know of any date for an appendix holder with mag carrier for the Shield plus. I will add this to the request log and hopefully as more requests come in it will be bumped up higher on the to-do list for R&D. It takes a few thousand dollars to get the shop tooled up for a new make/model so the request log in invaluable for gauging market demand."

Alas, no Shield Plus yet in their gun list....gotta love the product names he chooses!

I checked Dara yesterday ... no Shield Plus yet.

No appendix with spare mag holster is listed yet but I texted them to inquire, as their web sight requests.

Great minds think alike. I would do that except that leaving the longer muzzle exposed causes wear. I found that out with my MP9 2.0 5.5" EDC weapon. CeraKote worn off on corners
