Default Laser for SHIELD PLUS??

Just got my Shield Plus and was wondering what lasers would fit it? From reviews I have heard the same lasers from the previous shields would but I have also read the trigger guard is slightly thicker/wider and that they won’t fit. I ordered a Crimson Trace laser that mounts on the trigger guard and I’m waiting to see how it’ll work. I have read it won’t fit but I had already ordered it in hopes that it would. Anyone have their Shield Plus with a a laser/light on it?? Would love to see them

Not a laser or light, but I did put a Mantis X3 on a Shield Plus using a Recover Tactical SHR9 Rail Adapter. It might work out for you too.

In one of the other Shield Plus threads, I believe it was said that Crimson Trace, a sister company of S&W, has one.

I'm figuring it to be a trigger guard mounted unit.

I have a green Armalaser arriving tomorrow for my Shield Plus. I also have one on my Sig P-365. Works as good, or better, than my Crimson Trace lasers at half the price. One advantage is you don't need to remove it to change the battery. It's been on my 365 for over a year and has never needed to be re-zeroed.

I prefer the green, it's $148.00; the red laser is $98.75.

I contacted Crimson Trace and was told the laser for standard Shield would not fit the plus. He also said there are no plans to make a Plus model laser at this time. I found that hard to believe but that is what I was told. I prefer the green do I might try what OP is using.

I got my ArmaLaser TR-4 for my M&P Shield Plus today and I DOES fit perfectly. It’s a tight install, which is good. Sighting in tomorrow. I bought it from Amazon…same price as the ArmaLaser website. It also arrived a day earlier than expected…

I also have a Crossbreed IWB holster for the gun and laser coming on Friday.

Can you give us an update on this? I reached out to the ArmaLaser people yesterday, and they specifically stated that the TR-4 and TR-4G (green) are NOT compatible with the Shield Plus, and that they expect to have a model that is within 1-2 years.

Can you please update if it's still working, and if you've experienced any downsides? Any pictures?

I'm wanting a green laser, but nobody seems to have them for the Shield Plus.
