For those of you wondering what weapon light might be compatible for the S&W M&P Shield 2.0 EZ 9mm, I have an answer! :D It turns out that the Streamlight TLR-7 works perrrrrrfect! :D I used the "Univ-2" rail mount plate, and just put her on there. Not sure what holster takes both, but at least I know for sure that the light works on the EZ9. Hope this helps someone.

As does its sister with the laser, TLR-8.

The Streamlight TLR-7A works nicely, as does the Olight PL-Mini 2 Valkyrie.

Apologies for a possibly dumb question but can I assume if a light would fit my EZ9 it would also work well on my full size MP 9?

The idea of being able to have one that can pop on/off easily to work on multiple models seems ideal. Just curious. Thx

I have an Olight Mini Baldr on my EZ 9. Tuxton Tactical made me a holster that allows me to charge light while in the holster.

TLR-8 on my S&W M&P 2.0 9mm 4.25" barrel.

I have the same light on a full sized P320 and it works great. They come with different "keys" which interface with the rail to give you a perfect fit. I am sure there is a key for the full sized M&P. There is also a universal key if all else fails.

The TLR-8 is the same light with a laser if that's your thing.

Holster tip for those that go with the Olight PL-MINI 2 Valkyrie. If they offer a holster for the Baldr Mini get that one instead. The Baldr Mini is just a tiny bit bigger than the PL-MINI 2 Valkyrie. A holster made for the Baldr Mini will also work fine with the PL-MINI 2 Valkyrie (the reverse is not true), and give you the option to upgrade to the Baldr Mini later.
