I have a brand new MP9 m2.0 4" optics ready with the suppressor height sights. What are my options as far as optics go that will allow me to use my iron sights in the case of an optics failure?

Well I know holosun 507c will and my wifes old core has the same sights and it ran with a RM02 for some years, then a viper and now a holosun 5-7c also. There are some brands, lower priced models that are just thicker in the base and you might expect "iron " sight issues if the battery dies or optic does.
Just remember your no looking to co witness sight . Just see the stock sights so there useable in the lower section of the dot optic and that can run from the bottom 1/3rd, 1/4 to barely being visible. When running a dot optic I want a black front sight. Nothing distracting but then I still carry opren sights and I just train with dot optics to stay sharp as I have 40 years of hunting with revolver with them
My wife and I see green fiber optic sights better like many front sights can be over than so for my m&p sku:13144 has the Holosun 507C-GR X2 and now but after my wife shot it I know have one on her m&p and at some point add a K version for her P365xl. I like the 32moa circle for general defensive distances out to 25 yards were the circle only covers 8" , easy to bracket the heart lung and even the head at 25 yards on a full size target .
