I bought my M&P 10mm 4 inch about 3 weeks ago and filled out the S&W rebate form online and it was pretty quick and easy after I took a picture of the receipt and the barcode on my box. They just notified me that everything is approved and I would be receiving my $100 gift card in about 14 days.
 
Thanks. I was curious how long it would take. Submitted mine over the weekend.
 
Submitted mine on the 3rd and got approval notice on the 13th.
A lot quicker than I was expecting.
 
Purchased Shield Plus Performance Ctr 9mm ported on 2/15 received $50 rebate card 2/25..
 
New here... What is the rebate gift card? LGS has a $75 rebate on a pistol I'm looking at.
 
S&W has rebates on several M&P pistols from $50-$100. Buy the gun, click on the website and enter a picture of your receipt and the label on the end of the box and they mail you a gift card several weeks later that you can use anywhere that takes credit cards.
 
Thank you Farmer... I bought my 10mm just before the rebates. I am giving the PC Shield a look over with the sale price plus a $75 rebate $300.
 
Bought a Shield plus and filed the $50 rebate on 3/4 and it was received on 3/14. I was pleasantly surprised.

Bought a 15-22 on 3/9, sent in the info electronically on 3/10, received an email yesterday,3/20, saying my rebate would arrive in 10-14 days.

Came in todays mail.
 
I am temped to buy one of the Gray M&P 2.0 that KYGunco has on sale, but wondered how fast the $100 rebate would arrive. May have to pull the trigger on a new handgun. :)
 
AR 10 308

Talking to their rebate folks this weekend. They told me that my recently purchased AR 10 308 win doesn't qualify for their $100.00 rebated due to the SKU number is not on their list. I called their customer service just now, and they told me the same thing, I'm out of luck. I ordered this gun and waited weeks for it, shoots great.

Who shops by the SKU number, their website still shows a $100.00 rebate on this gun. Heck of a way to loose a 50 year customer over $100.00.

Don't fall for their rebate scam.

It's only a scam if there is no small print for you to read. In this case, the small print was actually at the very top of the rebate announcement (emphasis added):
Offer limited to one rebate per each NEW eligible Smith & Wesson® firearm purchased between January 15, 2023 and April 2, 2023. See full Terms & Conditions for eligible sku list with rebate value at smith-wesson.com/rebates.

Submitted a rebate for M&P 2.0, 5.7. They turned me down. Thats a bummer, shame on you S&W.
