Tyrant CNC Maxwell for EDC?

I have an “EDC” sized magwell on my VP9 as well as my 43x MOS. I was hoping to pick one up for my 2.0 full size so after much reading (due to being in a 10 round state) the tyrant CNC was the only magwell to accept the 10 round magazine, all the others were either needing proprietary base plates or would accept stock just not the ten round. My question is, has anybody carried with the tyrant or a more “competition” style magwell?
I like the “EDC” size more so for locking my hand into the grip rather than aiding in reload,ms, but since I have it… I’m curious if I should carry with it or just reserve it for range days since it’s simple enough to install. How many people EDC with one?

If it helps your grip, fits securely on the gun, and doesn't cause any functioning, concealment, or comfort issues, why not carry with it?

Carrying a gun with a magwell that helps your grip be more secure is a more realistic benefit than reloading more quickly in the same situation.

Taking it on and off for the range doesn't make sense to me unless it's for explicit competition usage. Why spend all your training on an easier to shoot/reload gun, than carry it in a now suboptimal way for real world use?
