Ready to see if sight is compatible when it arrives tomorrow. As you can see from pics, I’m not a real man with tools, lol. I buy stuff as needed and donate most of it when I move. Anyway, I’ll post pics afterwards and remember boys and girls, compatibility isn’t real without photos.

Following your progress, here and on FB. I'll be changing front and rear sights this Wednesday if they fit.
 
I’ll report back, some folks said it can be done, no one has posted pics of proof though.
 
Drumroll, no joy, no need for pics, LCP Max front sight slid in dovetail with no resistance, too narrow, bummer!

Tight enough to hold well I hope.
You've confirmed that the front sight is the same and last week someone else did the same for the rear sight, so I guess we're all good to go.

Well I guess I'll be sending my sight set back unopened, unless I can make it tighter. Is it close enough that dimpling the bottom of the new sight would and a lot of Loc-Tite would tighten it up enough to work? Maybe build it up with JB Weld and file it down? What brand of front sight did you have? The reason I ask is I have the Tru-Glo set coming and they generally need a lot of filing to fit.

I bought LCP Max sight new from Ruger, too narrow, not even close - hopefully you’ll have better luck with Truglow, have no experience with sight machine tolerances.
