Works just fine. I've had zero issues with my 2.0 with the 4.6" barrel. I reload for it and it also runs Underwood ammo w/o any issues.

Oh, it also doesn't drop magazines as has been reported on the internet.

15+1 of Underwood at 750 ft lbs is a serious semi auto. Don

I've had the same experience with my 4.6". Underwood 220g run through it with no issues. Never had the mag drop issue. I've put probably just shy of 1000 rounds(I don't count rounds, so that's just an approximation)through it with no hiccups. I've had the same great experience with my m&p 10mm as I've had with my other m&p pistols. Can't speak on the performance center version, but I imagine it to be fantastic as well.

I like mine. Run 180 JHPs pushing a tad over 1200 fps.. 24 lb galloway recoil spring, CH Precision optics plate, and Floyds custom magwell... Tricked out woods gun..

I’ve put over 2K rounds through my 4.6…almost all being reloads. I’m running completely stock except for a C&H plate and Holosun 507c. Mostly 200 grain powder coated running in the 1100 fps range. Most recently, I ran several mags of 220 grain subsonic through it that I loaded up for my FN510 to run with a can. It digested that just fine as well.

I have the full size model with the manual safety.
I shoot 180 JFP at 1100 fps. Maybe 750 rounds so far.
No problems at all.
I do find the manual safety to not have a positive 'feel' to it. It doesn't click into or out of position firmly, it's kinda soft.
I did take a screwdriver shank to the grip to reduce the aggressiveness of the stippling. It was like a cheese grater.

I'm quite happy with mine.

So far, three out of three M&P 10mm pistols I've owned have failed to retain the magazine when using heavy hard cast ammo (and some other rounds with similar bullet profiles). A lot of other people have experienced similar problems. I'm not saying that every M&P 10mm has this issue, but it's clear that a lot of them do.

I have the performance center 10mm. Shoots Hornady and other full power loads well. Also seems to run Winchester white box OK. But Fiocchi, PPU, Agilla and other loads fail to feed. With the Fiocchi I'll have 5 FTEs with a single mag. I know other people have had FTE problems as well. Sent it back to S&W and all they did was polish the feed ramp and tell me all was fine. Any suggests on recoil springs or mag springs, or any other suggestions on how to get the gun working with the range loads, which I assume are lower power than the high-end stuff?
