Praising the M&P 2.0 Subcompact (Plus a question)

I've had this pistol for at least couple years now, and it has proven to be a reliable sidearm that I'd trust my life to any day. Compared to the Shield Plus I also own, it doesn't bonk me in the head with ejected brass, have magazines that are next to impossible to load without an UpLULA, or twist in my hand like the latter does leading to reduced accuracy. That's not to say I hate the Shield Plus, but given a choice, I'd just learn how to dress around the M&P Subcompact during the summer months if concealability was ever an issue.

Insofar as accuracy goes, the two attached photos speak for themselves. Those were done at 7 and 5 yards, respectively, at a brisk cadence (or as soon as I could obtain a flash sight picture). And it wasn't with powder-puff rounds, either! I'm far from the world's greatest shooter, but the M&P is definitely capable of some respectable accuracy out of the box; no Apex trigger needed. I'm going to continue to try and improve my 10 yard shots with it the next time I go to the range.

Now comes the question: I know S&W says on page 11 of the Owner's Manual that frequent use of +P ammo "may result in the need for more frequent service." What I'd like to know is, how much? I'm more than willing to replace recoil springs at increased intervals if shooting my favorite Winchester NATO practice rounds are beating the snot out of my pistol. What kind of round counts are we talking? 2500? 5000? I'd really appreciate your folks insight on this issue, because I'd like to hold on to this M&P as long as possible.

Oh, and before you ask, I use M882 equivalent loads because they more closely replicate the recoil and POI of my preferred carry round: Federal HST 124 gr. +P

I know some manufacturers provide replacement intervals for various springs, etc., but my assumption is that's for standard pressure rounds. I've never seen any specifics beyond "more frequent" for +P. Also note the warning on +P+.

Bear in mind that the SAAMI specs for pressure represent the max pressure. So the 9mm standard pressure max is 35,000 psi. 9mm +P max is 38,000 psi. So any round that generates chamber pressures between those numbers is a +P. The Winchester 9mm NATO clocks in around 36.5K psi, so that would make it equivalent to +P. Note that other NATO rounds may exceed +P.
