Default M&P shield EZ

Hi guys, new to the forum I think. May have been here a long time ago... Any way I have a shield EZ in 30 super. My question is can you use the EZ slide on a shield + frame for 9mm? Are they the same or are the specs different? I know I'd have to get the shield 30 super magazines. It may be a stupid question but I'm trying to save a little money.
Thanks

For a simple swap the answer is No. It's a different design - internal hammer vs. striker fired with different trigger bar, safety, etc. Someone might say it's possible, but it would require major modifications.

I have both and they're not even close. Totally different design.
