What all did you have to do to install it?

Damage Industries (damageusa.com) $89.95. Nice quadrail, its a tight fit but droppeed right in. 4 screws to tighten it up and done.

After I removed the pin from the S&W stock I slid it on.

Well that was easy enough I guess. I really like the looks of it, and the price, but I went ahead and got the PRS. I like the longer base of the bottom of it for bench-rest style shooting.

Then you need to get an A2 buffer tube and a spacer from Smith and Wesson.

Yes I got the A2 buffer tube, but still waiting on a spacer. Decided I have waited long enough so I am using a 2" stack of quarters until I get the spacer. However, I can't get the end of the tube and the notch inside the PRS to line up when the tube is tightened onto the lower. It has to be pretty loose to get it lined up. Anyone else have this happen and if so how did you fix it?
