how is a good way to tell... heres a bit of key information(and further proof that "Bacon" is a frankenstein, my stock only has 5 positions instead of 6 so im assuming its commercial maybe? the reason i ask is im considering upgrading to one of the magpul or other company stocks

Not all commercial tubes have slanted backs and not all Mil-spec have straight back plus the number of holes can vary also.
