Grover, here is the answer to your question. New Helvetia Mercantile Trade Group. FYI New Helvetia is the old name for Sacramento, CA. Floor plates are marked: .223 cal/5.56 mm NHMTG S/4 HARTFORD, CT.

They were OEM for S&W before they switched to Magpul.
