Quick gas block question????

hey everyone new here just picked up a sport 2 yesterday....looking to switch out the forend and get a free float, but i need to know what size low pro gas block ill need...do i need the .75 or the .625. I've searched endlessly and have found no answer to which size ill need...does anyone know that can help me out?

I have the older version of Sport and the A2 front sight is .750. Pretty much everything on the Sport is MIL-Spec as for as I know.
