If you have Pic rail, take a look at the Magpul Bipods.

A few companies make a picatinny rail that bolts to those hand guards.
Here's one of my AR's with the rail and nothing on it.
I put a angled grip on this one using the same type rail.

I like your picatinny rail that bolts to the hand guard. May I ask where you purchased it and the angled grip?
I also like the scope. What kind is it?
Thanks much...Dan

Your options are somewhat limited by the handguards you have, you will need to find a rail section that attaches to your bottom handguard.
Personally, I would swap the handguards for a drop in replacement that is more egonomic and easy to find rails for, like the Magpul MOE ones. These are pretty inexpensive, and have multiple accessory mounting positions on them. A rail on the bottom would allow you to have a bipod, or you could get one that is M-Lok Compatible, like the Magpul one.

Top scope is an Aimpoint PRO, bottom on is a Vortex Strikefire II.
I think I got the rail on Amazon.

A Harris adapter (I think it's a #4) will fit inside that handguard- you have to remove it though.
The bipod will attach to the adapter.

You didn't mention use, but if you're planning to shoot from a bench, a good heavy pedestal rest like a Hart with a leather Protektor front sandbag and a leather Protektor bunny rear bag is far better than any bipod if you're main interest is accuracy. No need to change handguard or anything else and you don't have the cumbersome bipod to deal with.
