Lots of companies out there can custom make one. Depends on what you want to pay and the availability. I have an On Your 6 Designs OWB that I paid about $30 for. Just ordered an IWB from Clearwater Tactical that should be arriving today. I paid $60 for it and a matching IWB mag pouch. Bravo Concealment is considered a "premium" maker so you'll pay a bit more for it. Not sure how much of a difference there is between the Kydex makers. If you're running an Alien Gear you should be able contact them and maybe custom order a shell with your specific light in mind.
