Single Stack 4013

I just picked up a S&W 4013, the single stack version. Is this frame/gun the same size as that of a 4516? Will the grips and holsters for a 4516 work with this 4013 model?

Yes the grips and holsters will work from 4513/4516/4553/457. I've also heard the 1006 mags will work but stick out the bottom, although I've never tried it and it would only gain 1 round.

No,
The CS-40, 4013/4014/4053/4054 Single Stack's and the 10XX's are not interchangeable.
There are dimples (raised tangs) on the CS-40 and 10XX mags and those are in two different locations which make them not interchangeable.
Those tangs cause interference in the 4013 series.
If you ground them down on the 10XX magazines, then they would work in both the CS-40 and the 4013 Series.
