Default Mod 6592 - RSR 3299

Does anybody know anything about these? I was at the range and somebody noticed me shooting it. They said I was crazy for running rounds through it and they said there were only 249 of them made?

Any truth to that? I can't find any information on this particular model so here I am...

Thanks for any information about this gun. I've had it for about 22 years and rarely bring it out so information on it is greatly appreciated.
