5906 Cleaning and Lubrication Instructions Needed

I am new to the S&W world, having just picked up a 5906. It did not come with a manual, and I would like some advice as to where to lubricate it and which lubricant to use. Also, what do you folks use for cleaning the barrel? My experience to-date has been in the shotgunning sports, and picked this one up for target practice.

No. I believe they have been discontinued by Millett but I found a set at Optics Planet last November. I have a set on a 5906 and a 4566TSW.

The sights were the only thing that made me hesitate on buying it, as I prefer the Novak versions. But this gun was in significantly better shape than all the LE trade-in versions I have seen in the shops, so I'll see how I like them.
