I never really saw much need to own one of these, but I recently had the opportunity to purchase one at a great price, and even try it out first !
It is the Kimber "Target" conversion with a very good set of adjustable target style sights.
This is what I have to report:
1. It has functioned 100% thru at least 1000 rds of Blaser 40gr bulk paks, and Walmart Federal 36gr bulk paks.
2. It fits and functions on three different 1911's I own, 2 Colts, and a S&W 1911.
3. It is surprising accurate, not S&W mod 41 accurate, but very good.
4. It is a real nice toy, glad I have it.
