While you're there order the socket to remove the barrel so you can do it without boogering up the crown of the barrel.
The owner Eric owns these pistols and is very familiar with them. He is also the best source for new firing pins. Made from titanium they're better than the factory originals which are known to chip or break on some guns. Especially when dry fired.
Why is it that you feel you need to remove the barrel from the frame? I don't think you can do it without disassembling most, if not all, the parts from the frame. It needs the clearance of removing parts, and once you're that far into it you might as well take them out methodically or they're likely to come out on their own when you remove the barrel.
