Default New to me 5906tsw

I've been looking for a 59 series for a while but as I've watched for one, price's have climbed rather dramatically. Yesterday I found a shelf of 5906tsw's at a gun shop I only visit when I'm visiting my kids at the University. Departmental trade ins, my choice of the six, older obviously but other than holster wear looked real good, tight and sharp. I paid $399+ tax=$427 otd.
Anyone with experience with this variant, mostly I have handled 59's but I figured a 5906tsw was a 59 series (hopefully plus). Stainless is good by me in most cases. Comments/ advice? Hope to see the range this weekend if work allows.
Thanks for any thoughts anyone has,
Eric

Congrats on a great score! Wish I could find some police turn-ins locally.

Great buy. You got a great gun that will last a lifetime. The only problem will be finding ammo right now. Mine is scary accurate and will eat any ammo you want to use. Best of luck and be sure to post a range report.

Good find, great gun. The best factory trigger I've had on a 3rd gen. Since we all like pictures, here's a pic of mine.
