4516 vs. 3914
I have a 4516-1 that I like a lot but don't carry much. I may have the chance to trade straight across for a 3914. Both guns are in roughly the same condition and come with same number of mags. My question is, is this a fair trade? Caliber doesn't matter as I already have 9MM and .45 and both calibers work for me. Thanks for the help.

I think the 4516 is probably worth a little more than the 3914 but it is close. I think it really depends on which one you want more or which is most useful to you. I would have a hard time giving up either of those guns.

I have a 4566 and a 3914. In my area your 4516 would be worth more$$$. The 3914 is easier to carry concealed. I carry my 3914 in the summer.

The 4516-1 is worth about $100 to $150 more than the 3914, at least in my opinion. I recently sold a 3914 for $475 and two 4516-2 for $650, but the 4516-2 gun were in a little better condition.

I have both the 3914 and 4516-1 and I like and shoot both of them. If you are not using the 4516 then it may reasonable to trade it off to someone who will use it. Good luck.
