Default CS45 Holster?

What holster are you CS45 owners using? It sure isn't easy finding a holster for this gun.

What kind of holster? IWB, OWB, Pocket? DeSantis lists a number on their site. There are also some Fobus holsters listed on Amazon.

A few years ago when I got my CS9, I found a very nice Akers holster on Ebay for it. Akers made IWB holsters for all three CS series guns, but they are likely out of production now.

They are out there, just have to decide what style carry (IWB, OWB) then crank up Google and go. I use a variety depending on dress/situation....HighNoon, FIST, BladeTech, N82 Tactical, Remora. Probably others in my drawer of seldom used holsters I have forgotten about. Seek and ye shall find. Good luck.

I use FIST as my standard IWB holster. I have one for my 457 and two for my 9mm 3rd generation holsters. I have two because it took me two attempts to get the exact configuration I wanted.

I'd be willing to bet that they can make one for the CS9.

Blackhawk sells a holster labeled as:
"GQC Holsters
Size 02
Glock 9/40
Made in Italy"

Product code you're looking for is: 421303BN-R.

It fit's my CS9 and fits my CS 40 even better. Since the CS40 is the same size as a CS45 it should be fine. They're a bargain from opticsplanet $51.39 or LA Police Gear. Google a coupon code for opticsplanet, or LA Police Gear there's always a deal.

Thanks for the replies. First I need a IWB holster, I've seen a hybrid style for a cheap price and I might get it, but I really like kydex like PJ or a Foxx Trapp. I just waited 2.5-3 months for a PJ and would like to avoid that wait. I would also like an inexpensive black leather OTW holster for open carry at gun rallies, because the CS45 is my best looking handgun, the others are plastic tools (2nd best would be between my FDE G27 or my Poly + stainless Judge Public Defender).

Its not, it lies on TOP of your wedding tackle, between yer pants & undies...
of course, one does need to figure out whether one dresses to the right or left...
and place the holster accordingly so that if anything did go wrong,
you'd simply put a hole in your pants leg

99% of folks sweep their torso with the muzzle when utilizing a rear holster...
with Thunderwear, muzzle sweeping yourself is really difficult...
you might sweep a toe or two occasionally, but its way better than a hip replacement the hard way

Default Gould&Goodrich

Below holster,Gould&Goodrich 891 G30 LH (left hand), was picked up via Amazon.com for less than $30, advertised to fit CS40 which appears to be same as CS45.

This is my carry gun and I love it. I had a custom kydex holster and mag carrier made by FIST. I do not use it much though. I found a Bianchi nylon fanny pack with secret holster. I can carry two extra loaded mags, badge, light weight cuffs, Surefire flashlight, plus the loaded pistol, and have room left over. This fanny pack is no longer made, so I baby it. I take real good care of it and it's contents. You may be lucky enough to find a new one somewhere in the Large size, it is great.

I just heard about a Amish saddle maker about 1/2 hour from me. I'm going to check him out.
