Value is difficult on the single barrel version (148470), there were only 40 know to have been manufactured; so it is much rarer than the international version, but it does not have the extra barrels that the 108099 included.
The three barrel versions have gone for as much as 2-3K if I recall correctly. The barrels could be purchased through S&W for about $140ish a few years ago.
