Stopped by the LGS and they had a bunch of police trade ins. Saw quite a few 5906s, some other 3rd gens, and one lone 4513. Showed some wear and only came with one mag. If it had been in better shape might have thought twice about it at. Fairly sure I could have picked it up for $400.

Rail or no rail? 6 or 7 round? $400 would be a great price unless it's really beat up.

If it's non rail, you should seriously consider going back and getting it. Even if it's a railed version, $400.00 is a pretty good price.

No rail. From what I could tell, looked like it used the same mags as my 457. The wear wasn't too drastic, but noticeable. While I like my 3rd gens, they've long since been retired. If it was super clean, would have been real tempting.

Stopped by Larry's west. They still have a slew of 3rd gens. Noticed two 4513 TSWs, 669s, 6906s, 5946s, and a whole bunch of 5906s. 3rd gen aficionado's dream.
