Performance Center 9MM Target champion 6in

Here's my Performance Center 9mm Target Champion. Wischo export for Germany. Modified with a match barrel weight and Lothar Walther’s 6” barrel and a trigger job by Kurt Tschofen. I have fired 300 rounds so far of federal 115gr and the gun speaks for itself and turns heads at the range. The 6in gun is noticably smoother and has a better trigger than my 5inch Target Champion. The rear LPA sight is missing the nut on the left side if anyone knows where to find a replacement. It would be greatly appreciated.

It was great that you got that one. The price was less than the last one sold. (Like yours not the solid 6”.)

How is the weight attached to the barrel. I would hope not like the permanently attached comp on the Comp 40.

It's not permanently attached. I'll be attempting to get in touch with Kurt for advice, the take down key and replacement parts if available.

Here's mine olds350 , but then you've seen them . I've reached out to Kurt , and he got back to me . I think having him make the tools and export them would be very expensive . We need to find someone that could make them for us . On a side note , I recently picked up a 40Limited , which has been across the big pond and back , supposedly one of five to make the trip . I'm going to get a letter on it and on my 6in . I want to know if Kurt ordered them or if he bought them from the distributor .

Cherrypoint after seeing your posts a few months back and you speaking so highly of both of these guns. I had to add them to the collection. After shooting them Im simply in love with them. I plan to do some experimenting with recoil spring weights with the 6inch gun. The spring that came in it is incredibly light and you can almost rack the slide with just inertia. I installed a 5906 recoil spring and noticed it was slightly longer and wider than the spring that came in it. It functioned fine with the 5906 spring.

I seen take down keys are still available on his website. I don't have a way to get dimensions for the tool and other than our two guns, I've only seen one other that's in the USA right now. Im not rushing to remove it just yet. After firing 300+ rounds it cleaned right up. It took a little longer and more care to clean around the barrel and inside the front of the slide and the briley bushing area. But I'm not one to complain about gun cleaning. I enjoy it.
