Default Single Stack M&P 45
There aren't too many compact 45ACP guns out there that impress me. Even the M&P 45 Compact isn't all that compact.

But a single stack M&P 45 that's not much bigger than a M&P 9MM compact would be great!

A single stack 45M&P with a 4" bbl would do it for me. I have the 45c but wish the grip was just a hair thinner. I'll keep my 45c until then.
