Thanks for all the input so far!

I'm grinding away on value estimates, trying to hit our June 30 deadline. I rely heavily on auction sold value reports (esp. RIA, Amoskeag, Poulin, & Morphy), plus the very helpful information submitted by Sarah15 guns and SWCA members at the Symposium. Approx. 10,000 sales reviewed so far.

I've also been looking at the True Gun Values website that reports recent sales of guns. I am guessing that these are online sales. Their use is a bit limited, since there's no indication of the condition of the guns that are reported as sold, but it's a good spot to find several sales of a specific model in the same place to see general value trends.

Does anyone have any insight as to how their data is gathered, and it's reliability?
