10-round limit on mags?

Congress has still to act but anyone know if any of the proposals would ban "possession", not allowing for grandfathering? Millions of hi-cap mags out there. Having one could make one a criminal if possession is banned in addition to sale, manufacture and distribution.

I don't read anything into Obama's pronouncements. My feeling is that either overtly or covertly he is going to do everything he can to ban anything he can get banned.
