10 round long magazine with orange follower?

I wanted to see if anyone has seen these before. A couple days ago I received 5 magazines. All are the long type, that has been pinned for 10 rounds. They appear to be factory pinned and were sold as so. The strange part is that they have orange followers and are marked for 25 rounds, however they are clearly pinned to hold 10.

So, anyone seen one of these?

I ordered some 10 rounders out of Canada and they came with 25 labeled on the mag, orange follower and they were pinned to 10. The mag actually had a hole in the side where the pin was but they were label 25 rounders. They were just 25 round magazines with a pin in them. Weird. The 10 rounders I got from Midway USA were long w/ blue follower, you could not see where the pin was and were label for 10 on the side of the magazine.

Yea these were also out of Canada. Maybe this is how they are making the Canadian magazines?
