The M&P15 Sport is hard to beat with the "lifetime warranty" and the cost. Sure you could have pieced one together yourself for a few dollars less but that warranty is hard to beat and let's not forget about that Smith & Wesson name...

It's the Bushnell TRS-25 w/ UTG .83 riser... Got it all off of Amazon for $89... With over 800+ reviews and a 4.5 out of 5 star rating on Amazon alone you can't go wrong...

Just bought a Sport. And your post has cemented my decision to buy a Bushnell TRS-25.

Some would say, "you could buy a Colt for that..." Yeah and it would have cost me that much more, to add-on the things I wanted to and still would have. Though, I would still be waiting to buy that rifle. Didn't have that kind of $$$ when the sale was on. Otherwise I would have bought (2) Sports, one for my wife.

Take out the optic and I already had an extra Vortex Strikefire Red Dot only... $781... which would have been sublime. Though, I love that ACSS too much to regret it.
