I think at the time, I sold it for the princely sum of $1500. And yes you are right, the money called to me, now of course that was about 25 years ago, so back then it was a princely sum. But seeing those pics I wish I never parted with it. Along with about a thousand other guns I've parted with over the years! :D
 
I wanted a C96 all my life. As I am producing more gray hairs daily I decided that I needed to sell some items that weren't unique or scarce and fund one of my goals. This is a Model 1930 Commercial. I had some problems with pierced primers with PPU ammo and have a new Wolff FP spring to fit and test. I'm hoping that solves the problem as it sure is fun to shoot.
