My brother-in-law is a Methodist minister in Macon, GA. The other day he and his wife visited one of their church members who is 102 years old. When they asked how she was doing, she laughed and said, "Every day is a good day when you're 102." This woman knits caps for mission projects, does beautiful paintings, walks and exercises every day including pushups!

The leading cause of dying is to quit living. We don't become weak due to age so much as becoming weak by becoming sedentary. That lady is proof.
