Hiya everyone this is my first post on here - great site.

I recently purchased a used 1076 with a blown recoil spring. The cut out in the frame for the plunger at the back of the guide rod shows some peening. I replaced the spring with a wolff 17lb (factory weight) but now I'm considering going up higher. I saw a couple guys on here running 22lb and wanted to see if there was a consensus on best weight. I run mostly georgia arms level stuff (180gr@1150). If anything, I'd probably shoot that and hotter. Thanks.

I run a Wolff 19# in my 1076 (also on my 4566, 1066). They all work great. FWIW
